What you can do from this point onwards
You can view the following :-
  • A list of your current and past tenants that have claimed Housing Benefit.
  • A summary of details relating to your tenants claim.
  • Next payment details for each of your tenants.
  • Previous payment details for each of your tenants.
  • Details of any invoices for each of your tenants.
What you will need to view your Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit details
You will require a User ID and Password to proceed from this point onward. If you have not received a User ID and Password, you can get one by using the following password request link www.eldc.gov.uk/landlord_password_request.htm. If you experience problems accessing the password request page please e-mail us at HBen.enquiry@e-lindsey.gov.uk or call us on 01507 609333. Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 5.00 pm . Please allow 10 working days before contacting us if you have requested but not received your password.
