You can view the following:-
  • Details of your current Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit payments.
  • Details of any previous Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit payments.
  • Details of your Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit Calculation.
  • Details of any Correspondence we have sent you or you have sent us.
  • Details of household members and income used to calculate Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit.
  • Details of any overpaid Housing Benefit including outstanding invoices.
What you will need to view your Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit details
You will require a User ID and Password to proceed from this point onward. If you have not received a User ID and Password, you can get one by using the following password request link www.eldc.gov.uk/claimant_password_request.htm. If you experience problems accessing the password request page please e-mail us at HBen.enquiry@e-lindsey.gov.uk or call us on 01507 609333. Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm . Please allow 10 working days before contacting us if you have requested but not received your password.
